Introduction

72SOLD is an innovative real estate company designed to speed up the time it takes to sell your home. 72SOLD has several unique processes and they found it difficult to effectively use off-the-shelf CRM software. They needed a partner to help implement a CRM that would support the way they do business and provide their employees with the best experience. IntraEdge partnered with the 72SOLD technical team to deliver a tailor-made CRM to support their business.

Technology Used: This responsive web application was built on a C# / .NET backend and a React / next.js backend, deployed in Azure.

The Story of 72SOLD

At 72SOLD, we reinvented the traditional home selling process with three goals in mind…more convenience, more certainty and higher sale prices. Our program is designed for you to sell in any 11-day period you choose…. something never available to home sellers before. You don’t have to sacrifice price for convenience and certainty. A recent independent study released in 2025 showed that home sellers who used our program ended up with higher sale prices than those who did not.

Problem Statement

72SOLD was facing challenges using existing CRM software to run their business. They have innovated the home selling process in several ways and getting a CRM platform to support that was difficult, time consuming and expensive. A decision was made to build something from the ground up to support their processes and allow them to quickly innovate. They needed a technology partner to turbo charge their development efforts.

IntraEdge first engaged our UX team to perform a discovery and design blueprint for the project. This phase of the project ensured that 72SOLD was building the right product to support its employees and agents. The UX team produced some designs to both validate the concepts and guide the development team as they began the buildout. Once the development was started, we ensured that our developers in Costa Rica were in constant communication with the 72SOLD team to ensure project success.

The Impact

The 72SOLD CRM project was completed on time and on budget. The 72SOLD development team continues to enhance and maintain the application. IntraEdge remains in contact with the team in case they require future support.
